Hi, my name is Aniela Larson, and I lead project corporate trauma, both the research and intervention initiative that seeks to name, codify, and prevent psychological injuries from happening at work.

I also work with leaders to move organizations forward after a sustained period causing psychological injury to staff, like when highly abusive leaders are replaced.

The thing about corporate trauma is that it seldom garners headlines.

It's prevalent, normalized, and all too often accepted as the price of having a job. Through my research, I have talked to people through all backgrounds, generations, and walks of life, and I'd like to talk to you too if this resonates.
